NOTE: This is useful information that works. I find that too many people use “my knee hurts” as an excuse to not be active, let alone working out and so its become my mission to eliminate that excuse and get you moving!

After 30 years of dancing, teaching/choreographing, working out, running, cycling, kettlebells and personal training I became a knee and back specialists in my Function Movement Expert field. I am proud to have been able to prevent surgery and eliminate pain with so many people, and  now I am here to help you too!

I and your knees, back, hips and ankles thank you for coming on this site.

There is such a thing as pain free living and that is why I will be teaching you how to attain it.

There is an enormous amount of information regarding knee pain, and how to get rid of it. Sadly there is just as an enormous amount of people still saying “my knee hurts“.

Just today my sister told  me her knee was killing her and she has no clue why, and is thinking of seeing a doctor. I hear this everyday and all to often these same people leave the doctors without resolve, and become my clients. (Thanks Doc!)

You can google for knee pain relief like many do today and find tons of medical, confusing and scary information for sure! However, there is no step-by-step process available that shows you how to treat knee pain and maintain it for good.

Surgery is last resort, that’s my philosophy.

There are so many ways to get your legs in shape and rehabbed so that they actual work better than pre-pain. Its called Functional Movement Expertise, and that is what I have.

Ive put together a step-by-step process that will have you saying “my knee hurts” no more!

Is it the only method? NO.

Is it functional? YES.

Is it complicated? NO!

Is it most effective? YES.

Is it free? BINGO!

So you have nothing to lose, and a pain-free life to gain!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Here’s the thing..

I am about getting people to stop saying my knee hurts and pain-free by learning how to find your pain source, and the know-how to treat it as well as prevent it from traveling into other parts of your body.  I’m all about teaching you to learn how to stop knee pain and getting you ore active than ever before thereafter! I’m not about pacifying your pain!

 

There are several ways to stop saying my knee hurts;

  • You can always go to a doctor, but we all know how much that costs these days
  • Prescription pain pills, not only is there a large cost associated with that but more importantly, the side effects
  • Physical Therapy is not covered by most insurance and so there’s another cost there, plus they give “at-home” work to do which is what this system is, for FREE AND it covers both sides so you are balanced (key to injury prevention)
  • Slow down or stop all activity levels, and thats totally not a healthy decision

I know this system works. I personally have 3 herniated disks in my lumbar spine, fractured hip, hip flexor impingement, hip bursitis, SI joint dysfunction, IT injuries at the knee, (have had) sprained knees, shoulder impingement to name my main injuries. I know pain. And I know how to get rid of it.

There is no way I could do my job as a Fitness Specialist, Functional Movement Expert, let along be a runner and do extreme workouts like Beachbody’s Insanity the Asylum by Shaun T, or Leandro’s Brazil Butt Lift if I didn’t. I have also worked with, and on both of these amazing trainers body’s to help with their knee pain and/or prevent it.

As the Fitness Specialist on site for their programs and test groups of the programs, I need to be pain free to be able to teach these types of workouts, as well as keep everyone involved knee pain-free.

I have been that patient with knee, back and hip pain that orthopedic doctors and Physical Therapists said “I have no idea what to do with you”, and offered pain pills.

I want to share my knowledge with you, because living saying My Knee Hurts daily is no way to live.

All I am about to teach you is all totally doable on your own. I am not going to give you my hands on techniques I use on my clients as that’s something that requires very specific training for. However, learning your body in gaining body awareness will lead to pain free resolve.  WHEW! OK.. : ))
